It's not the mod because it works without the passengers in it the bus is completely normal acting. Select suited ghost trailer for your vehicle and ready to go. I was using the man coach lion bus that is recommended for the mod to work and after I finally damaged my bus to death I got the passengers got onboard the bus wouldn't go above 25 mph with a 850 HP engine. I would drive into the designated spot for the passenger pickup only to hit the white outline like there was an invisible wall there. The bus station mod worked better in regards to that every bus stop in the original map towns had people to be picked up but then the real problem came. I would sometimes drop people off to then have to drive 30 minutes to the nearest place to pick up more people.
For the passenger mod I couldn't find them in every city. The Bus Terminal Mod is updated to 1.39, and is a paid mod.
